Speaker Guidelines

Abstract Submission

All speakers must submit their abstract through the official submission portal.

Abstracts should be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.

Co-author approval is mandatory before submission.
-
The official template should be followed for the abstract and biography.

Presentation Formats

Oral Presentation (Keynote / Speaker)
-
Poster Presentation
-
Workshop / Panel Discussion (if applicable)

Language

All submissions and presentations must be in English.

Presentation Duration
-
Keynote Sessions: 45 minutes (including Q&A)
-
Oral Presentations: 30 minutes (including Q&A)
-
Speakers are encouraged to keep 5 minutes for discussion.

Presentation Requirements
Slides should be:

Clear, visually engaging, and concise
-
Limited text with strong visuals/data
Format: PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX)
Bring a presentation on a USB drive and a backup email copy.

On-Site Guidelines
Arrival Time

Speakers should arrive at least 1 hour before their session.

Early arrival is encouraged for networking and smooth coordination.

AV & Technical Support
-
The AV team will assist with slide setup before your session.
-
Test your presentation during break time.

Session Flow
-
Present from the stage/lectern.
-
Q&A will follow each presentation.

Chairs/moderators will guide session timing.

Business formal or smart casual recommended.
